"十四五"时期民航业在国家经济社会发展中的战略作用必将更加凸显,中国民航将进入发展阶段转换期、发展质量提升期和发展格局拓展期,机遇与挑战并存。"十四五"是空管系统立足新起点、贯彻新理念、迎接新挑战的五年。改革开放以来,我国航空运输业发展迅速,据统计,2020年我国民航业空管系统投资额为57.8亿元,同比增长14.2%,占全部民航业基本建设和技术改造投资的5.34%,面对新技术革命带来的机遇,空管系统持续加大科研投入,空管自动化系统国产化率已达到80%以上,ADS-B、自动转报系统、民航通信网节点设备已完全实现国产化,不断增加的运输机场将加速部署空管系统的应用,另一方面,空管系统新增主要装备国产化率、主要企业科技研发投入占比也作为体现创新智慧的指标纳入"十四五"民用航空发展规划规划,预计到2025年分别达到80%和1%,新一代空管系统市场将面临着空前的发展机遇。

During the 14th Five-Year Plan period, the strategic role of civil aviation industry in national economic and social development will become more prominent. China's civil aviation will enter a period of transformation, quality development and pattern expansion, with both opportunities and challenges. The "14th Five-year Plan" is a five-year period in which the ATM system is based on a new starting point, carries out new ideas and meets new challenges. Since the reform and opening up, China's air transport industry has developed rapidly. According to statistics, the investment in China's civil aviation air traffic management system in 2020 was 5.78 billion yuan, year-on-year growth of 14.2%, accounting for 5.34% of the total investment in civil aviation capital construction and technological transformation. Facing the opportunities brought by the new technological revolution, the air traffic management system continues to increase scientific research investment. ATM automation system localization rate has reached more than 80%, ADS-B, automatic relay system, civil aviation communication network node equipment has been completely localization, the increasing number of transport airports will accelerate the deployment of ATM system application, on the other hand, the domestication rate of newly added major equipment of ATM system and the proportion of r&d investment of major enterprises are also included in the "14th Five-year" civil aviation development plan as indicators of innovation wisdom, and are expected to reach 80% and 1% respectively by 2025. New generation of ATM system market will face unprecedented development opportunities.
