波音公司称,到2035年,中国预计将增加7000架民用飞机,飞行员缺口达11万人次。如何优化现有培训模式,升级现有设备,结合VR+AR等尖端技术,满足不同航空培训阶段的需求,提高飞行员学习成果转化效率的同时缩短培训时间,是整个航空培训行业高度关注的重点。

此外,在越来越完备的飞机设计之下,飞机系统可靠性持续增加,但是人为原因的事故概率却不断攀升。在此情况下,对飞行员的核心能力培训将会是航空培训组成机制的必不可缺的部分,对减少飞行过程中的"黑天鹅"事件至关紧要。因此,对飞行员和机长建立有效选拔机制,不断优化课程内容和结构,加强对教员教学能力的建设,促进校企合作,增加培训和岗位匹配度,注重飞行员心理素质建设,是解决目前中国成熟飞行员短缺、提高教员和飞行员质量的现实途径。
