截至2021 年8 月20 日, 我国民用航空器有效驾驶员执照总数为73651 本,"十三五"期间,国内为运输航空培养飞行员的航校数量,由20所增加到43所,增长了115%;飞行员培训基地由27座增加到75座,增长了177%;飞行教员由440人增加到825人,增长了87.5%。我国民航飞行员培训能力已能够基本满足行业发展需要,初步扭转了过去每年有较大一部分飞行员需要送到国外培训的局面, 在国内飞行员培训硬实力逐步增强的同时,我国民航飞行员培训理念也在逐渐发生变化。在继续关注培训数量、培训周期和飞行员技术技能培训的基础上,更加注重以核心胜任力、心理胜任力、作风胜任力为重点的能力素质的全面提高。持续推进飞行员技能全生命周期管理体系建设。目前亚太航空市场特别是中国国内航空市场正在加速恢复,当前的国内航空市场进一步回暖,航线竞争激烈。疫情带来的挑战,也给航空业带来反思及变革的契机,对飞行员的数量及素质提出了更高的要求。
