2023（第十三届）民用飞机工业国际论坛13^th Annual Civil Aircraft Industry International Forum 2023

2022年《中国民用航空市场展望》中预测数据，尽管近期受到疫情影响，中国航空旅行和航空货运的需求在未来20年中将持续增长，约3900架的民航机队规模到2041年将增长到9600架以上。中国在未来20年将需要价值1.5万亿美元的8485架新飞机来服务乘客出行和贸易发展，该需求占到了同期全球飞机交付量的五分之一以上。

论坛自2009年至今，已成功举办12届，共计吸引来自全球30多个国家，上千家企业的近5000名行业专家和代表参与，历届在上海、成都、西安、沈阳、南昌等地联合航空工业集团主机厂所共同召开。论坛的举办推动了更活跃的行业商业交流气氛，在以会带展的模式下，促进上下游交流合作，推动产业链向好发展。

当前，成都航空航天产业总规模已突破800亿元，基本形成了航空、航天制造产业链。

《成都市航空产业发展规划（2020—2025年）》明确指出，将构建以青羊总部经济功能区为核心，以新都现代交通产业功能区为新增长极，以高新航空经济区、双流航空经济区、淮州新城等为多点的"一核、一极、多点"总体布局结构，加快形成"特色鲜明、重点突出、多点协作"的航空产业空间格局。

在此背景下，本届论坛选择在全国知名航空产业重镇成都市召开，具有重要的实践意义和现实需求，肩负着打造国家航空动力港的战略意义。论坛旨在面对当前严峻的国际形势和"十四五"规划及2035愿景目标的发展挑战，动员行业内各方力量协同合作，抓住机遇，共同推动中国民用航空事业快速发展。

Demand for air travel and air cargo in China will continue to grow over the next 20 years, with a civil aviation fleet size of about 3,900 aircraft growing to more than 9,600 by 2041, despite the recent epidemic impact, according to forecast data in the "2022 China Civil Aviation Market Outlook". China will require 8,485 new aircraft worth $1.5 trillion over the next 20 years to serve passenger travel and trade development, accounting for more than one-fifth of global aircraft deliveries over the same period.

Since 2009 CAlIF has been successfully held for 12 sessions,attracting nearly 5,000 industry experts and representatives from more than 30 countries and thousands of companies around the world to participate. Previously held in Shanghai, Chengdu, Xi'an, Shenyang and Nanchang in conjunction with the host factory of the aviation industry group.The successful holding of the forum has promoted a more active atmosphere of industrial exchanges. Under the model of conference with exhibitions,it has promoted exchanges and cooperation between upstream and downstream, and promoted the development of the aviation industrial chain to a better direction.

At present, the total scale of Chengdu's aerospace industry has exceeded 80 billion yuan, basically forming an aviation and aerospace manufacturing industry chain.The Chengdu Aviation Industry Development Plan (2020-2025) clearly points out that it will build a "one core, one pole, multiple points" with Qingyang headquarters economic function area as the core, Xindu modern transportation industry function area as the new growth pole, and Gaoxin aviation economic zone, Shuangliu aviation economic zone, Huaizhou new city as multiple points. The overall layout structure of "one core, one pole and multiple points" will accelerate the formation of a spatial pattern of aviation industry with distinctive features, prominent focus and multiple points of collaboration.

Under this background, the forum was held in Chengdu, a well-known aviation industry center, which has important practical significance and practical needs, shouldering the strategic significance of building a national aviation power port.This forum aims to face the current severe international situation and the development challenges of the 14th Five-Year Plan and Vision 2035, mobilize all parties in the industry to work together, seize the opportunities and jointly promote the rapid development of China's civil aviation industry.
